1. Begin with base:



2. Duplicate base and set the layer to SCREEN (my layer is at 22%):



3. Create a new layer filled with #000000 (black) and set the layer to SOFT LIGHT 30%:

4. Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>CURVES, enter in:
RGB: 1st point: 96, 53; 2nd pt: 146, 138 (screencap)
RED: 1st: 87, 123; 2nd: 123, 157 (sc)
GREEN: 1st: 84, 115; 2nd: 131, 154 (sc)
BLUE: 1st: 124, 91; 2nd: 160, 171 (sc)



5. Create a new layer filled with #e5f1f7 and set the layer to DARKEN 100%:

6. Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>HUE/SATURATION(/LIGHTNESS), enter in:
MASTER: 0, 13, 0
Set layer to COLOR 100%



7. Create a new layer filled with #26211b and set the layer to EXCLUSION 100%:
